I often thought to myself years ago "why are all these people bothering putting comments out there, what's in it for them?"

Well, I'll tell you why. Today I was pondering over where to go to dinner. I didn't want crap food, I didn't want terrible customer service by some ill-mannered young person who clearly hasn't been trained and mentored properly and most importantly I wanted fantastic fresh tasting food with a bit of value for money thrown in.

We were visiting from interstate and this is the best fish and chip shop ever, great value and the service is fantastic. We fed (well) an entire family of 4 for $4 (including a teenager). The manager was so friendly and the staff so helpful, a true gem and we will definitely be back!

They cut and batter their potato cakes every day and you can tell.
