Professionalism and service were second to none on my visit. I did not make an appt, but one was made for me on arrival for 1 hour later. Excellent check in experience. Eliza was extremely knowledgeable and my purchase of a watch was easy......she also gave me great prices for my old iPhones. Really impressed.

Great experience. Looked after the moment I set foot in the door. Laptop was fixed with a two day turn around time and price was reasonable.

The service was great, we had a problem with our Apple computer with it being few years old - made an appointment with Apple, we were seen on time- they fixed up our dilemma that we were having . Also booked in for a class with them, which was great - answered my questions and helped me out a lot ,will certainly go back to any classes I need - Love my Apple ...Wow wow wow forget a PC go Apple!!

I had inherited an iPhone with a smashed front. It would be replaced with a "reconditioned one" for $180. As it is a 32Gig phone it was definitely worth it as new ones sell for $350! I made an appointment and checked in when I arrived. I was told that they were running a little late, but the staff kept checking on me and letting me know that I hadn't been forgotten. In the meantime, I was let loose to "play with their merchandise" :P I had been seated in front of an Apple Mac with a large screen and was going through the songs in the library. I also connected to iTunes and was checking out some new apps. It seemed like my turn came up almost too quickly (they weren't running that late at all!). My old phone was taken and swapped for a reconditioned one with no problem at all. I mentioned that my iPod had been playing up but that I didn't have the receipt on me. "Steve" looked at the serial number and told me that I had 25 days left on the warranty and that he could swap that one today for free while I was there. I decided that I would do that as I had already backed up my pics to the computer and had a feeling that it would end up dying after the warranty ran out. In summary, all of the staff I encountered were warm, friendly and courteous - even when the store was packed with people playing with the stock on display! My goods were replaced without any problems at all and the staff at the "Genius Bar" were working 'double time' to get people and their problems sorted with the minimum of hassle. Well done Apple Store!
