Ordered a gas cooktop and it arrived within two days. While plumber was installing he noticed a dent. I rang Appliance Warehouse, asking what I could do as I couldn't take another day off work. They offered no help (in fact salesman said, 'it's not our fault as it must have happened in transit from overseas'). Said to return it and would get another in a few days. This would have left me without a cooker for that time, plus taking more time off work and having to pay the plumber for another visit. I rang around and found another one (at cheaper price!) in Dandenong, a two-hour round trip. I returned the faulty one to Appliance Warehouse. The same salesman berated me for not packing up it well enough. Then he was unable to refund my money as their refund limit had maxed out for the day. Another salesman stepped in to assist, saying he could 'over-ride' it. Twenty minutes later, I was still standing at the counter when my plumber rang to say he was at my house and I had to leave the store, with no refund. The store rang later to say it had gone through. But there was no apology at all for any of the problems they had caused me. Never shop there again.

The best price I could find of the products I was after. Went on their online chat and chatted with a salesperson on Friday, got an e-mail that the items had been shipped on Tuesday and got my products two days later. Fast delivery and very reliable

Appliance Warehouse not only came in $40 cheaper than anyone else, but the shipping was FREE Nick was able to arrange a time that suited me to deliver the machine, and he installed it without even being asked to.
