Apps R Us offered us a smart phone app that would service a local Real Estate Agent looking for local sub contractors and trades people. We rang the real estate agency in question and they had never heard of Apps R Us and had never had a conversation with them. We cancelled our order for the phone app on the same day. 14 months later and we are still trying to get a refund for an app we never even recieved. These guys are th dodgy brothers. Buyer beware and run a mile.

Apps R Us contacted us to offer the following: list our business on Seaside Realty's new app so that it could then be advertised to their thousands of tenants, then create an app for our business that we could market to our clients. They then proceeded to charge us around $450 to do this, then did absolutely nothing. We are one of thirty odd businesses on the coast that has been scammed by this company, who refuse to offer a refund and have now gone one step further by re-charging all our credit cards one year on without either telling us or asking our permission! We've been told by one of the ex-staff that they have now left the company due to all their 'dodgy dealings' and have seen review after review on places like True Local where others have been ripped off too. We had to cancel our credit card this morning to stop the un-authorised charges which is a total pain in the bum (sorting out direct debit changes etc) and the Office of Fair Trading is investigating them. Use them at your peril people, you've been warned.

Apps R us group made a mobile phone app for my tiling business. I was a bit skeptical as it was all done over the phone, however I didnt need to worry. I received the app within 5 days, and made a few changes to the layout. The staff I was speaking to were very helpful. In particular Corrine. I have started using my app and have to say it is such a great little product and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this to any business owner. I was quoted by another company 5 months before this to build me an app and they were going to charge 3 times as much. Good value, good service.
