If I could give zero stars, I would.

I didn’t read the reviews until AFTER I purchased my rug & wish I had read them before.

Ordered my rug mid Jan 2022 and waited 2 weeks till I enquired the first time. I figured you have to wait for everything these days so just be patient. 6 weeks and several enquires later I was told that their supplier didn’t have the rug and they had refunded my payment. They were never proactive about contacting me in regards to delay, only reactive. After enquiring 5 times only to be told the supplier had sold out on the last enquiry did I think were my previous 4 enquiries even acted on? When you call you’re never able to speak to someone. You’re on hold for a few minutes then the only option you have is to leave a voicemail or hang up.

Even when they did reply to my enquiries they were just vague and long winded replies with no actual information.

For your peace of mind, avoid April & Oak like the plague.

Don't buy anything from this business. They have almost zero customer service and are clearly not concerned with customer satisfaction.
When I was told my order would be delayed 3 months, I opted for a rull refund. I am still waiting; its been a month since I requested it.
