DONT BOTHER, it's always nice to do some shopping online when your local store doesn't have what you need in stock.

I purchased over $1000aud of Trolmaster products an everything went smooth until a phone call saying a certain part doesn't work with with the controller I purchased so they refunded the one sensor( I was super happy with this rather than them just sending it out not to work). But that was the supplier of the goods that let them know.. this is where the good news ends.

One of the main items is meant to control mini split systems to help control your environment the item name is the trolmaster ars-1, I have a lot of experience problem solving and installation processes of data logging/control hardware as similar items are used in the horticultural industry I work in.
I contacted aqua gardening an let them know that the ars-1 doesn't control my Daikin split system, a well known brand world wide. This was their response.

"What happens next?
To get this rectified for you, if you haven't already, we will need you to send us a video/ picture of the issue and tell us if you have done any troubleshooting. Please also tell us a little bit about the application you are using it in. After we receive a photo or video of the product under-performing, we will be able to determine the next best step in providing a solution." I proceeded in informing them how a video or picture doesn't show the issue as all you will see is the temperature not being controlled an it rising above the set point.

I don't care about a couple of $100 dollars. The run around they are already giving leads me to believe they will drag this out until the return process is not worth the hassle. All I wanted was a usable item.

Don't spend your money here they don't deserve it. My review will be shared to any review sites I can until my refund is processed. Ball is in their court.

The Knowledge this store has exhibited since a change of ownership a bit over 12 months ago is incredible, This was once a dirty dingey little store that has been given a fresh breath of life and is now warm and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of Ponds, Aquaponics & Hydroponics. I highly reccomend these guys they will get you on the right track from word go. Best of all they sell OASE pumps as well the best pond pumps in the world, Give them a go.
