This is the worst nails shop that I've been to in Australia. I was a bride and I went there with my bridesmaid and my mum I've waited for 1 hour and no one started with us. Too much wait and people are coming after us and starting before us. customer service is so bad. Mimi told me that if you like this place come if you don't then don't come!!!! Is that a good customer service!!!!! I'm so shocked how they treat us!!!! No respect. They stressed me out in my most important day. Don't go there ever.

Therapist was inexperienced and hurt me a couple of time!
No offence but she didn’t understand anything I said which made it very difficult during treatment to explain what I was after.
There is no proper training to staff and when I mentioned it to manager he showed no interest whatsoever!

First time I got done my hair wash and blow dry at this place last week ,it was my first best hair wash so far,the hair dresser Kul gave me very good head massage with her magic hands, and blow dry was excellent too.I must go there back.

If you want your nails to be grinded off until you bleed then get your nails done here. Honestly felt so disgusting after getting a full set done. Never again will I go here.

I've been going there for about a year for manicures and facials. Facials are great if done by Rima, so-so if done by others. Manicure (shellac) results are good, but to remove the previous shellac they first rough it up with a large emery board. This is ok except when the emery board is going a mile a minute while the manicurist is looking elsewhere, and the board starts cutting into your finger. Also, watch out if you buy products - they may charge you higher than the price sticker on the product, and if you don't notice it at the time they won't refund the difference, even when you show them the product and receipt the next day. It was only a small amount, but this lack of customer service left a nasty taste in my mouth and I won't be going back.

I have noticed the shop before as it has really love aqua and white décor, and the shop looked light, bright and clean. I saw from a sign that they did facials as well as nails and I walked in to see if they could do an express facial for me for $35 so I could try out their service. Even though they had lots of other people in the salon getting their nails and hair done, they were able to do my facial straightaway. I was shown to a very clean private room. It was suggested that I have a longer facial and I agreed. The price more than doubled, and I was a little taken aback by that. However I hadn't had a facial for some time and I proceeded. The lights were dimmed and soft music was put on. The facial was heaven. Absolute bliss. I loved the Dermalogia products used. Nina did a great job with her magic hands and my skin is still feeling and looking fantastic 24 hours later. I noticed that this salon does nails, beauty and hair. I already have an excellent hairdresser but will be returning next week to try out their nail services as another of the nail places in that shopping complex damaged my nails by not properly soaking off old shellac and using electrical equipment to grind the old polish off causing my nails to become noticeably damaged and thin. So far I am very happy with the Aqua Room.

Girls were beautiful. I normally go to the same place for my nails but I went here for acrylics and I loved them, they lasted so long and the girls were so talkative, happy and friendly. They were excited about my upcoming wedding. Also I spontaneously got a facial and it was the best one I have had in a long time. They really cleared out my skin and I felt great afterwards. I will definitely go back soon for another facial and maybe add in a massage.

Not my normal place to get a pedicure but I was given a gift voucher to come and try here and I am not disappointed.Love the spage age newness of the shop and the Ladies were Lovely as well,ill be going back for the range of things they do here.
