Fish arrived today to Victoria all good. Healthy lively fish no problems at all. Very happy. Fast delivery. Best place to order good healthy fish with minimum fuss. Received text messages to let me know fish were on their way. Fast efficient friendly service. My first stop when I buy fish.

Purchased 1kg Premium Bulk Floating 4mm Pellets in January ,fed them to my fish in one of my 4 ponds yesterday and not ten minutes later I had fish turning belly up and soon after they were dead. DO NOT ORDER THIS FOOD IF YOU LOVE YOUR FISH ,if you feed it to them they will DIE. You will possibly lose hundreds of Dollars in fish but also your little friends. These guys will not replace your friends[fish] .Nicola.

I have had 2 unpleasant transactions with Aquaholics Online in the past 12 months and both also relating to HORRID after sales support. The first, where I knowingly purchased an item from their online store, and the second when I purchased an item from an alternative online company, unaware that Aquaholics Online were used as a ‘third-party supplier’. If only I had known! In the first incident, Aquaholics Online sent me a bottle of 2 Litre Aquarium liquid treatment which should have adequately packed before mailing (boxed, bubble wrapped, padding in box etc), instead it arrived to me in an oversized paper mailing ENVELOPE! Half the contents leaking through the envelope also. This company put me through absolute HELL to get my money back (refusing to refund me or acknowledge the problem), instead they said I was the one with the problem because I SIGNED for the parcel. Thank GOD for eBay who stepped in to settle the dispute ruling in my favour and returning my money. This company wanted me to send back the leaking bottle through Australia post (Australia post refusing the leaking bottle due to obvious reasons) to prove the bottle was leaking. REALLY! I think Im being quite generous in giving a 1 star rating. If you care about after-sales support, then you are not going to get this from Aquaholics Online.

Hell no
after sales service is appauling- well more accurate to say in my case over a small part. wouldnt have bothered them about it but dont know where else to buy
spent a few hundred..cant get descent service over a $5 part in months

I have been using this store for about 5 years now and am pleased to see they are now a physical store as well as online supplier now.
Service is always excellent and they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Service like theirs is rare these days and I can't recommend they highly enough ( and no I don't work for them!)

The above review is 2 years old and things have changed drastically. We no longer use this store as standards have dropped . We always used the physical store as it was close to us but now travel considerable distances to past it to the Techden!
