Mixed bag at this clinic. Having received excellent care by front office staff and dr when I went in as an emergency, Dr Vivien Chen was and is Amazing! Recently took 2yr old to clinic and saw the another dr who was nothing short of rubbish. She (Susan Bray) diagnosed an ear infection as gastro. Needless to say, perforated ear drum. Not happy! Would go back for Vivien though.

Have been going here for about 6 months to follow my doctor who had to relocate. Same doctor but totally different surgery to what I was used to. The ladies in my old surgery used to talk very loud, very negative and not a happy bunch in general. Wow so what a pleasure it was to go to a well organised, very clean surgery. Ladies all well presented in uniforms, all with name tags and job classifications. They refer to my first name as soon as I walk in. A surgery monthly newsletter is there for everyone to take, magnets, free pens and a lovely play area for the children and private toilet. And the biggest thing I've noticed is i have never ONCE waited anything over 10 mins from my appointment time. Definitely very happy with this business.
