Make sure you receive a quote in writing. After asking the specifically about the inclusion of the 12 pin plug, I was told the $500 complete for the electric brakes system on my car. I even left the wiring diagram from the caravan company on the front seat of the car for them. When it was time to pay for the job they informed me that there was no mention of the 12 pin plug and that was going to be extra $220. Good job but staff are liars. I would use someone else.

Safety chain attachment fell off in my hand , was only glued on , not welded .
Someone could have been killed if my trailer had come off .

Tag tow bar in stalled. Got home looked underneath car and found rusty wire they weld to nuts to poke inside chassis rails. Wire left in the chassis after install. When questioned why it was not removed they told me that they do it with all their towbars incase they have to remove it again. Wire left there would start rust in chassis rails as it was already rusting after a week of install. Would not use aranda again. Products good, care they take in somebodys car for install... They don't give a stuff. If you have a towbar installed by these people climb under your car and check it out before it costs you!

Had a new tow bar fitted, I did not know now that "fixed" tongues were permitted but that is what I got and unfortunately did not look very thoroughly before driving away.
