My husband went to ARB Southside last week to enquire about some products for his 4WD. Our son went for a drive with him. There is a children's room there at the shop for the children to play in while Mum and Dad are busy. When it was time to go, my husband and our son left the shop only to be yelled at by one of the staff members to go back in and clean up the children's room. My husband was quite upset about this. This facility has been provided by the store and he feels it should have been the staff's responsibility to clean up the children's room. He's pretty dissappointed after being yelled at and is hesitant about returning to that store and is looking at going to ARB Northside now.
