Adam, Adam, Adam, where do I begin. I am a Quality and Compliance manager in Sydney, so professional career is ensuring great quality.
Adam answered the phone (first call) and listened to what I was asking then sent an SMS with detail and acknowledgment of the call immediately. He turned up on time, as promised to quote the work. He gave me an idea of price on the spot then confirmed it via email (quote). When Adam turned up to perform the work he was at all times polite and acknowledging my questions and offering real solutions. He worked through each of the 4 small jobs I had, cleaned up the areas, then we spent 15 minutes chatting and sharing morning tea (cuppa) together. I thought the days of real service, commitment and a friendly smile were long gone, boy was I wrong. When Adam left I felt like I had known him for years. If you intend to use my new Electrician, (Adam) please don't overbook him as I still have other things I'd like to get done around the place. Cheers Adam your a legend!

Highly recommend ARC electrical. Had some small jobs completed around the home by Josh. On time and pleasant to deal with. Will be getting them back for more work needing to be completed soon.

ARC Electrical was contracted to do the electrical side of motorised roller shutters installation. I contacted Adam prior to the job and enquired if he was able to do some additional electrical work that I had. He was happy to oblige and completed everything and more on the day. Adam and Josh were extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of these gentlemen and if anyone is in need of great workmanship and attention to detail you can't go past ARC Electrical. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Awesome job. Asked to add another 15am circuit and not a fuss completed all works within the day and high quality finish. Recommend ARC for any electrical works, they even cleaned up. Wow not common on the sites these days. Well done ARC.
