I called Peter on on the phone and urge him to come over to fix my broken oven. He came first thing in the morning, had had a look and fixed the oven. Peter asked for the price of his work and parts of oven is suitable for us, carried with his work and explained how's he did it and how it works. Additionally he sold me a cleaning product on the discount. Kind and professional.

The guys installed some additional GPO's in bathrooms for towel heaters and also data outlets through out my upstair and downstairs rooms that allow hardwiring through out my house to the internet.

Had someone come to fix our hot water on Friday, they said they fixed it nothing still Saturday morning. Called ARC they got here quickly and fix our problem no worries. Very helpful.
