Adam was responsive and punctual and he demonstrated a high level of expertise and skills in successfully finding and fixing a deeply hidden problem in the phone line/sockets system. Moreover, he improved the in-house internet connection by wiring additional cables between the modem and wall data points. I have also been benefitted a lot by the information he provided about the various power points in the house and relevant safety tips.
