We had a new ice maker/water dispenser replaced in March, the function stopped working after approximately 6 months. Called ARC back and the technician did some test and said the machines all good and said to leave the door open for 12 hours next time to defrost the system...following this he charged $110 and said it needs to be paid immediately. Avoid this company if possible.

when i had some probs with my washing machine with its drainer i rang to ARC and got immediate response. within an hour i was send one person to fix my problem and e is well exp enough to set it right. a good team.

When we started having problems with our fridge not staying cool enough we called in ARC. They arrived quickly and replaced the fan motor. It took awhile but it did the trick and we soon had nice cold food (and wine) again. We were also given an on the job 4 month warranty.
