A very disappointing car servicing experience. After receiving a verbal quote and stating clearly which what filters were to be replaced, unauthorised work was carried out, without approval, resulting in an account 75% greater than the quoted figure. I didn't expect this behaviour from an RAA approved workshop and contractor.
