Put in a custom order for a particular topside with particular fat requirement and to have it pre-sliced for making of jerky. The butcher could not have done a better job. Price was no more than the regular price of a topside roast and slicing was done by hand, and was no additional cost. Brilliant!

This butcher is easily the best butcher on the peninsula. The variety and quality of meat is extensive. They work hard on making something up for you if it is not in the shop window. The pleasantness of the staff is welcome as well.
