rent a property from them previously..getting fast feedback after putting in enquiries..within about two hours.staff service was not bad.friendly and knowledgeable.

I am doing this rating not because I have purchased a property from them, but because I have not bought a property. I went to them when I first arrived in Sydney knowing very little about the property market in Sydney, I approached them as I want to purchase a brand new property marketed by them, there was this old man who is so friendly and knowledgeable, after listening to my situation, he advise me that the property will not suit me and explain to me what type of property I should be looking for. I felt like he is my own father giving me advice and I can never forget how helpful he can be......any other estate agent will try their best to sell you whether it suits you or not. Really great guys.

Purchased a unit in Monterey, however the Real Estate agent not only assisted with the sale and prompted me in negotiating a great offer, he would consistently remember to send out a Xmas card or provide us with documents, although there is nothing in it for him... genuine cust service skills.
