Really patient & helpful staff at the til. Great tasting coffee too. There was a good variety of cakes & cookies to choose from. Ours were fresh and tasty. The whole experience was relaxed, and the guy who delivered our coffee accidentally slopped it in the saucer. He insisted on getting us a new saucer. That was nice, & unusual these days
