I alway get my hair balayage/ombre which most hair dresses can butcher and make it too yellow blonde and leave a harsh line dividing my natural colour and the blonde but Art Science Hair always consistently produce a fabulous balayage. They also give nice hair cuts, can do most hair styles and are genuinely nice people. AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

Not a good hair cut by Steven - I showed a picture of a (graduated aline bob) that i wanted - he said yes sure its easy, he cut way too much off the front and I got a simple (flicked up layer cut) instead, and it was uneven. I now know that he was not listening to me at all.
I was charged $170 which ncluded $60 just for the blow dry; which i didn't even ask for!
It wasn't until i washed my hair that i noticed the hair was not cut right.
When I tried to tell them I wasnt happy I was ignored by Steven and abused by the Manager.
Very inappropriate behaviour - I will be sure to tell others so people i know don't get treated the same way.

Had my hair coloured in the past week. Very dissapointed in my outcome. The girl that was doing my hair did not choose the right colour that i wanted. Most importantly when i was waiting for the colour to be washed out i told the girl my scalp felt itchy and a weird burning sensation i havent felt before, the girl told me "that means the bleach is working, its a good sign". When she washed my hair i saw that the colour was not what i was after and she had made a mistake and i was left with Grey hair:(
She said i still had to pay $80 dollars (had a small discount) which i did as i just wanted to go home. Once home i noticed that there were BURN marks on my scalp and forhead. I am never going back, i do hope Management see this and maybe try and rectify or train their staff better rather than having customers walking out with DISCOLOURED HAIR and a BURNT SCALP and still making the customer pay for the poor service.

I recently had Keratin Straightening to my extremely frizzy hair, I cannot believe the new look and how much its changed my hair.

The frizz has gone away.

I love everything about my new hair, its easy to wash, Its easy to style, I don't need as much product, i love it.

Great service with a smile.

Will be going back again.

Art Science Hair is in the shop previously occupied by Hair Industrie. Had a good haircut after discussing the look I was aiming for. Paid $20.00 for the cut. Will go again to further shape my hair to its new style.
