Although I only had a brief interaction with Artistry, I was quite pleased by their service. I passed by the store and saw that they stocked my preferred hair products so I came inside and had a look. They seemed quite busy at that time, as each one of them was with a client, so I decided to wait for a bit whilst looking at the products on the shelves. In less than a minute one of the staff (who apparently had a little time available whilst waiting for her clients hair to settle) came and assist. I thought it was just going to be the usual quick chat-and-sell method, but I was wrong. She went above and beyond and gave her professional advice on the product I initially chose and showed me other products (of the same brand) that she believed would better fit my needs. She even picked up some testers of the products to prove her point, and at the end she gave me a great deal for the product pack at the same price as the individual item.
