I got into candle making as a hobby over covid, and found a reliable supply of stuff to make candles with at Artworx - they always have jars, wicks, wax and the best fragrances. I definitely recommend the musk stick fragrance, it smells just like the candy.

I found this store on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service they had as they gave me a lot of there time to help work out what paints would benefit me most for classes.

I have been buying art supplies from Artworx for years. Through COVID they were great and delivered supplies straight to my door for free. Great service.

I love coming into this store, They are always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and they always give me the time of day to work out what I need for my next art piece.

They had a great packing service with fragile tape all over the box of paint, they also delivered my order within a week!

This was the worst online shopping experience of my life. They don't answer their phones, they don't reply to emails, they never sent my order. I had to threaten to report them before I got a refund.

Put in a order 14th dec, wanted it for Xmas... then told it’s O/S then yes was in stock 5ph calls later oh yes it’s there gave me a track number on the 30th January, so I’ve been waiting. Now I get IT’S BEING PREPARED, what the hell. So it still hasn’t even been sent. Will definitely not order from them again which is a shame as I thought I was onto a great art shop. At no stage have they tried to get in contact with me, so many times I have rang and got no response.

I love Artworx. The staff are such lovely friendly people. They’re very knowledgeable and always go above & beyond to help you find what you need. Their range of products is huge and they also have a constantly changing list of art classes to join which are priced very reasonably. Artworx is my first port of call whenever i need anything. :)

The item took a week just to be dispatched.
The item that arrived was the wrong item.
The business is refusing to give me a refund or replace the item until I return the item they sent me to their office (note - the item was $10).
They can't give me a time that the courier will come to pick the item up.
Their correspondence is arrogant and rude. The business owner clearly thinks their customers are out to screw them.
