I was in a accident 3 years ago that Specialist insisted for a ankle fusion, I was extremely frustrated and felt broken as my 5 boys love and admire Dad's unbreakable can do it all attitude, I limped in sideways with lower back pain, could not walk straight, I was completely stiff and rusted, Dr Brown and Dr Downey are truly amazing people so kind and understanding, I literally felt reborn, invigorated, was so keen to walk home as I could actually walk straight without limping, my " specialist " was shocked and embarrassed as I told her no way I go for ankle fusion, I still visit Dr Brown every now and then, not as often that I really should.

I am a longstanding client of Arundel Chiropractic Centre since I found Mark by accident one Easter when my daughter was 5 and now turning 22. I suffer with 2 perforated discs which I am able to manage with pilate, yoga, massage and cycling and of course chiropractic.

He is a holistic doctor and he understands the whole body health and nervous systems. I had just put my 5 year old on a plane to visit her father in NSW and my back went into spasm.
