After having a Golden Retriever for 15years he had a huge cancerous lump on his shoulder, after having a look & because of his age we made the family decision to have him put to sleep. The Vets were ever so sensitiive & gave us all the time in the world to say Goodbuy to our most wonderful dog that we had had since he was 5 weeks old. I have NEVER met a Vet surgery that cared so much.
We now take our new German Shepherd there because they were so good & cared not only about the animals,but us too.
