Absolutely disgusted with the end result! It took two "hairdressers" 2hrs to do a simple blonde regrowth! Left the salon with yellow regrowth, overtoned ends and breakage at the crown! They charged me full price and said I could go back in the next 2 days to fix if I wanted! Never went back and I would never recommend! STAY AWAY if you cherish your hair!!

Okay I've had a day or so to vent about this. But it has to be put out there. I had been a long time A's lover. Antony has always done great work over the years but however he has been quite busy to get an appointment with same day the past year or so, so I have begun to allow 3 of his stylist to cut my hair over the past few months. 1 of those was fantastic, she knew what I wanted and didn't try to do want she wanted with my long and treasured locks. However the other two were nothing but snooty rude and completely horrible hairdressers. They either took too much off my layers to the point I looked like a was balding or cut my ends in a zig-zag (which I will have to wait to grow out to fix). To make it worse, they spoke of their fellow employees like they were in highschool. Completely unprofessional. Fair enough they stuffed it up once out of the nearly 10 years of trusting my hair in their hands, but to do it twice and without any remorse, I won't be bringing my business into A's and most Definately won't be suggesting them to any of my friends, no matter how cheap they are. What happened to the classy and polite stylists who welcomed you into the door and wanted you to leave looking stunning and feeling great? Cheap cuts, cheap hairdressers.
