Quite misleading and deceptive conduct from these crooks. They are worse than used car salesmen. They will use bait and switch tactics and waste your time, then when it comes time to sign they will throw all these different rates, conditions terms and jack up the pricing 50% on things never discussed. I found much better service elsewhere.

We use the services located in the Toorak Business Center in Malvern and have done so for over 5 years. We have found AP to be responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

They have been very responsive to our requests, but at the same time they haven't always provided the best service in a timely manner.

We have just had phones and data installed. The service was great and quick. The staff at Toorak are also really helpful and happy and pleasant which is such a plus when you enter the building ready for work.

I have had experience with several offices in Melbourne, mainly Little Collins Street. The staff there are great. Always attentive, friendly and very professional. The same applies for the other offices I have used on Queens Road and St Kilda Road.
