Went to the Asian Palace for an anniversary dinner and was very disappointed. Although they were busy, the staff were friendly enough and met our needs for customer service. However, we were under the assumption that being so busy the food would be great. We ate most of the rice however the main meals were rather bland and inedible.

Food service fast but bordering on bossy. Food was what you would expect for takeaway chinese. Dine in is handy if you are seeing a film but every time i visit here they seem to have put up their prices. Black bean sauce is lovely, as is the lemon chicken. Dim sims are often cold in the middle so beware. Rice is good and would recommend. Sweet and sour pork is a definite favourite.
