Today is my first time to the medical centre. The receptionists were very unprofessional and rude. It was a very unpleasant experience and I won’t go there again.

I went in today the receptionist was quite strange , she repeated my name and proceeded to give me a strange look.
Then when I got called in she continued to give me an intimidating look.
People are not well and highly stressed at times the last thing we need is a hostile approach.

Receptionist staff a very lovely, always welcoming with a smile, always try to address by name, wait times can be a while but well worth it.

Have been using this place every now and then since I was younger. Its great because its the only one in the area open til 9pm each night, as well as having the chemist/iga right next door. Reception is usually friendly, the only trouble is it can be very busy and the waiting times are often fairly long. There are al heap of seats in the waiting area because of this I guess.

Good to go to at night when your normal GP has already closed. That's what I like about it...plus theres the pharmacy right next door so when your finished with doc n have your script you can just pop next door and pick it up. They are open later then most other doctors and pharmacies . Pharmacy also has IGA so you can grab anything extra you need without having to stop again & that's always a good thing especially when your sick.

i will go here if i have to but only if my doctor is closed. they have such a long wait time. The last 3 times i went there i have had to wait over half an hour. for how big the practice is they should try having more doctors on

I find the wait really long, so long that some people actually wall back out. It is great though because when you are seeing the doctor they are fast and efficient, and the doctor is right next to the chemist which makes is easy

This medical centre is open longer hours than most and is the one we visit when our regular doctor is not open. The practice staff are nice. The doctors that I have come across are knowledgable and professional

They have very experienced doctors and also provide X-ray and pathology services in the centre. The only downside is that at times it is very busy and the waiting can be very long. Some of the doctors are happy to book appointments, so worth asking the doctor if they would give one and save you the waiting time. Another good thing is that the medical centre is right next to a large chemist store.
