Astro Synthetic Turf is one of the worst companies in Perth for customer service, reliability and trust. I paid a deposit on one their supposedly Australian manufactured artificial grasses. We waited 3 and half weeks for them to come out, after being promised one week. The grass supplied was not installed professionally- the joins were not glued, the grass did not match in different sections. It then took 3 months to get it replaced to a satisfactory standard as they would not return our refund and keep repeating the job was OK. Only after submitting papers to small claims tribunal they gave in and decided to fix the mess for an extra $ 600. We paid them their unjustified demands as we were tired of the stress and just wanted it over and done with.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Synthetic grass was installed and it has turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The best company I have dealt with in a long time. The cost was relatively reasonable, the installers were courteous and charmfull and the office staff I dealt with showed me great respect and interest.
