All Customer service agents I have spoken to are all Indian speaking. When you ask to spell their names so you can make a note of who you are talking to, they become rude and aggressive, at 1 time, a supervisor disconnected the call on me without any warning. Then when I called back, the second agent automatically treats you bad & took the other agent's side without hearing your story first. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
