After purchasing a car and told it was regularly serviced and would give us no problems, within days had nothing but problems, ended up paying over $2000 in repairs and told by 2 different mechanics the car needed a lot of repairs, and basically should not be on the road. from one of the directors down to workshop manager and accounts department, got a lot of promises to fix things, then back flipped only to try and squeeze more money out of us. The whole culture of this company is deceptive and misleading.

Amazing service and prices, leaves the other car wreckers in Melbourne for dead. The customer service was unbelievable and they had exactly what I needed. I had rung around looking for a side mirror for my Renault and Lino was easily the most helpful over the phone. The building was very tidy and organised, no old car parts out the front for a change!
