Andrew is a great guy who delivers quality service very quickly and very reasonably.

He services our business and personal computers and wireless networks.

He is always available within a day, comes on time, does his job quickly, and makes me feel comfortable having him alone in my home/business.

In other words, instead of just fixing and adjusting things, he's taught me how to manage my own hardware and software, and so the frequency of his service calls has diminished over time. I really, really appreciate this, and it's rare in a service person whose business relies on repeat calls.
