It was an unbelievably bad service and installation. They are nice when they take your money, then it's all downhill. If you have a problem, don't expect assistance. One whole side of my pool is collapsing. I have called, then visited many times. I called again today, they were very politely and was hung up on.
Excellent customer service, great prices, super knowledgeable staff that explain things easily and in an uncomplicated way. Will be back lots!!
Warning! Do not deal with this company. They have installed my pool, and I have never seen a worse job. This company must be held responsible and are getting away with murder. It is a very dodgy business. I have lost my hard-earned money.
It's the poorest customer service I have ever experienced, they will not return calls or emails. I had a problem with the surface coating of my pool; after a weak attempt to fix it, it left my pool with large discoloured patches on all four sides.
