Internet based, no good for someone without a computer or printer, unable to drop off plans etc makes it very hard to communicate properly, even though it is local to me I have to now deal with other certifiers 40kms away.

We found Shane Macklin and all of his staff to be very friendly and helpful. They know their job and therefore are very professional in the manner in which they conduct their business. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
