Went here only because I had a voucher in the entertainment book. What a surprise, lovely food, but the best thing about it was the service - it was impeccable, especially for a smorgasbord restaurant, I was very, very impressed.

We ate here for our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. The creamy mushroom soup entree was yummy, the service was top notch. I don't think we'd go back because the menu didn't have much that appealed to us and I don't like getting the same thing everytime but I would certainly recommend as a once off meal experience after a shop in Fremantle or before heading out

We've been there 3 times and decided no more. Price are expensive but not much food variety. We went there mainly for the crab but they don't have them all the time. So possible disappointment.
Our last experience was tragic, there was crab a/v. And we ate a lot until my husband found that he lost his ring, the wedding ring. We thought he might lost it while he wipe his hand with the paper towel. So we talked to the manager and asked to check their kitchen if possible. He act like not interested/helpful at all even it was the wedding ring! But finally he let us into the kitchen because my husband's insist. He said the garbage had been removed anyway. But it is late evening and we don't believe garbage will be collected at that time, then he lead us to the backyard and show us the bags of garbage. So my poor husband searched the garbage all by himself (I was with kids). Once there were other kitchen hands wanted to help but been called back by the manager!
Finally he searched for hours and nothing found. So we end up went back home and see the ring was in fact sitting in front of the computer. But the manager offered no help at all and not even asked us to leave a telephone number or anything.

My partner really wanted our wedding reception here but I wanted to try the food before hand because we were going for the buffet which can be a bit of a hit and miss. However, I was suprised, it was actually really good, they kept the food turning over which meant you didn't go up there and see old scabby food which can really put you off. The dishes were quality, not just a standard ceaser or garden salad but gourmet salads, seafood, roast meat and veges. We ended up booking the reception here. Not much interaction with the staff, they were very heads down bums up making sure the food was well presented.
