good experience, friendly but charged more than what was quoted. staff are always willing to book car in last minute. gave me friendly reminder call when due which was good cause can easily forget. would use again, but maybe confirm the price in advance. overall 3 stars.

too expensive for what they offer.eg quoted $600 per tyre which normally cost $320 per tyre. Also they do not volunteer any more info than necessary to get you off their back.

Great service is always experienced at Audi Service Centre Melbourne. Great location for those that work in the city to be able to drop off in the morning & pick up at close of business.
