Worst Service and very unreliable!

I sent money on a Wednesday by depositing to their Westpac acct; called them on Thursday and was promised that it will be available Friday afternoon for Mlhuillier pick-up. Friday afternoon came and it is still not available. I called them again and was told that because i'm a new member it will be available on Monday afternoon for sure. To make the story short, my money was sent on Wednesday! That's a week after I made the deposit! I thought the money I worked hard for was gone during the waiting period. There was no confirmation, sms or email that my money is secured and on its way to my family. They also made a mistake with my information on the pick-up notification sent via sms to my brother on the day when it became available.... it was under a different sender's name!! There are other reliable companies out there, but definitely NOT AUSPHIL FOREX!

I have often used this service when I'm sending money to the Philippines. They've got high exchange rate and low fees and very convenient options but I've mostly used the direct bank deposit. It's all very fast and secure.
