Found Paul via HI Pages. We had arranged for another company to come out and fix remote door but they cancelled due to being their technician being unwell. Paul had made contact the previous day so I made contact. After a few teething problems to diagnose the problem we had a new Merlin remote control system installed.

I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who needs their garage doors repaired. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and having had someone else attend prior to him a few weeks earlier, who spent 5 minutes looking at the doors only to tell me they needed replacing along with the motors, to hear Paul say this was not the case was great. He sorted out the doors, advised me on how to maintain them and was very well priced. I'm so glad I did not just take the word of the first Company and would certainly contact Paul again if I have any further problems.
