Decided to see if we could start paying monthly since we were considering trying to find a better deal elsewhere - they made this decision very easy for us by being really rude when calling about an unpaid bill (We had e-mailed asking if we could pay monthly and hadn't heard back - so we hadn't paid the bill since we didn't know when it would have to be paid yet) So now we will definately be taking our business elsewhere.
