Sadly, although the products are great, their 'customer service' (or lack of) is absolutely disgusting. The rude, sarcastic and quite frankly inflammatory tone of their email communication with me was truly the most shocking I have ever experienced and I have dealt with hundreds of companies in my lifetime (including notoriously bad phone companies, banks etc). There really is nothing they could ever do to retain my business. They have lost a very loyal long term customer who has paid them thousands over the years and in doing so have gained a detractor who will bad mouth their service for life. Shameful customer service can destroy the reputation of a good product in seconds and that is certainly the case here. Woefully disappointing.

This website has the best men's underwear. Loads to choose from, fabulous fabrics and styles and the delivery has always been quick. Have used this site a few times now and always love what I get and my husband has never looked sexier. Generally reasonably priced although some products are a little pricey - delivery free.
