Very helpful, I was really happy when I went in to know the staff were smiling and happy to answer any questions I had and they were able to tell me what I needed to do next in a confusing situation

Not enough staff working in busy times, very long lines. Had to wait 30 minutes because only two people were working, and staff weren't in any hurry to keep the line moving.

The store has friendly service but i find queues are always so long and it takes forever to get anything done. It seems the need more staff or a bigger location

Good quick service, if you go at the right time and usually helpful staff. The queue can get long if its peak time like closing time. Overall a good experience.

great friendly staff, great shopping ideas and quick handling of calls as well. Never seen post office to be this exciting.. so many great gift ideas too.. gift cards can also be bought

Australia Post is great when it is not busy because you can get speedy service and everything you need, but when it's crowded beware as it slows down to ants pace. For other services everything is great about it......
