I frequent this particular post shop and they are busy most of the times I've popped in. But they lack good customer service with a smile. Do not go in lunch if you are in a hurry nor around morning tea 10am. The staff I've been served by both men and women there and they are short and to the point. They seem very stressed. My experiences have me only going there when I have no other choice. The staff don't say hello. Only the manager and that was once. I'd prefer to go elsewhere if I had the time to walk there. Sorry and I hope your experience is better. They refused to give us a refund at my work for a shredder that stopped working under 6 months. I rang their head office and they made them refund us. He staff were very unhappy. This is just one of the communications I have had with them. Sad to have to fight for your consumer rights guys!

That sounds absolutely ridiculous, thanks I will be avoiding this branch of Australia Post also. Why is good customer service so hard to come by nowadays?

I have sadly another experience similar to the last one placed here on this review site. I bought a product and I am a local business manager there and the total spent was small at only $12 but when they stopped working after only two weeks I took it back and they wouldn't helpe or give me a refund. Just disgusting service. For elsewhere.
