Wow, cannot say enough good things about the wonderful service I received at the post office at Westfield Chermside this morning. They have a new parcel post system which allows you to weigh and price up your parcel without having to wait in line. As I am quite technologically challenged I was put straight at ease by the very friendly and helpful assistant who walked me through the process, offered solutions to packaging up my parcel to save using an extra packet, and in turn saved me money. The whole transaction took less than five minutes and she still managed to help another three or four customers whilst dealing with me and everyone left with a smile. Service with a smile makes an ordinary chore a pleasure.
