My experiences there have been terrible to say the least. There's always very long lines there, sometimes out the door. And the staff are often very rude. The last time I was there, on of the staff yelled at one of the customers in front of me (don't know what happened, but can't imagine what happened to have deserved being yelled at. Very unprofessional. I don't go there anymore. I found the Mooroolbark Post Office is much friendly and more efficient.

Very impressed with the service at Chirnside. The staff are always willing to help pack my parcels and take them for me to deliver. They always try to work out the cheapest option.
