Definitely the best service offered in Emerald (and that says a lot as service in this town is quite impressive compared to elsewhere). They go out of their way to help - have even managed to track down my phone number and ring me to let me know a parcel had arrived that they knew I needed urgently. They are always super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. And this is to the point that when they have a temporary staff member in I get a bit resentful because they may be just normal type friendly!!!!

The staff make this shop one of the best outlets of it's kind. Friendly, efficient, patient and caring. Every customer is treated as the most important, no matter how busy they are
