disappointed with the mail holding service. paid a lot of money to have my mail held for a month whilst I was overseas, however it was delivered with the hold stickers on until the box began to overflow. concerned that items have been stolen or damaged but after much twoing and froing eventually got my refund for not receiving the service I had paid for.
