The counter staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our PO Box is never less than half full with mail which is clearly addressed to someone else at an entirely different STREET address. It seems as though our PO Box is a dumping ground for undelivered mail or something. I have notified staff at the post office who have advised that they have a new mail sorting guy - this must be the case every week because it's been happening for a year now.

The service is relatively good at Aus post. I find that the lines are moving faster due to more staff. Also they have some pretty good deals on some of their products.

Wow, there is always a long line at Australia Post. But the service at the counter is always friendly. The prices are very expensive though but I still go there to buy special cards for my close family for birthdays. They have the nicest, hallmark cards.

The service is pretty good at Australia Post Moorebank, staff are friendly and easy to approach, overall i am happy to use them in the future and i do recommend them to other staff members at my work.

The line up can be long but you can do almost everything at the post office these days. Perfect to pay bills, do your banking or general post items. Good service.

This is the best post shop of all. The usual post shop measures the things you send aswell as weigh the object but this place just weighs the package making the price much cheaper. The staff are great though lines can build up at times.

I went to post out a parcel Regisered Post to a location in Australia the other day and the line wasn't good, but they were suprisingly quick to serve me. As I didn't know what I was doing I asked for help at the counter. The person was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know.
