Unlike others, I find the staff here very helpful (except for one man). They are a bit quirky and there is some inconsistency in whether parcels or a collection card are left, but that is the delivery guy's call, not theirs (and I find it depends on whether it is raining or not, ie he doesn't want the parcel to get wet). I go here with two young kids in tow and they carry parcels to my car and, when I was a frazzled mum with a screaming 6 months old, the male owner used to come out and push the pram around whilst I filled in postage slips, etc. I find if you give them a smile when you go in and have a bit of a chat they appreciate it, and are very accommodating back. They know me now, and as soon as I am at the front of the line they walk out the back to collect my parcel - they know who has a parcel waiting - and they volunteer the best priced option for sending parcels.

Staff members are not very friendly, they enjoy making things hard and waiting times can often be quite long, I avoid this post office whenever possible and drive a little further to tranmere north or magill north post office.

Very disappointing. They are not very friendly at all and almost did not let us collect the parcels (we collected one with the parcel notice and the other notice was left at home - same name, same address). Eventually got both but not the most pleasant experience.
