always have to wait for sooo long. the staff are not helpful and sometimes rude. not happy with the service. overall not satisfide

Queues can be out the door, which is just ridiculous. The attitude of all the staff (except for the Kiwi woman) need to be improved. They are often accusatory, rude and unhelpful. What can you do? You need somewhere to buy stamps!

Great people most of the time. Lining up is a big problem especially with young ones. But other than that it is fine and sometimes great bargains there too

very often having to wait in line while there are only a couple of staff serving at any one time and and the rest of the staff are standing around talking when you are in a hurry as you are on your way to work and you need to catch a train or bus to get there
