I have chsnged my mind about this post office. It used to be difficult to get good service and hardly ever a smile or an offer of help, for example, a cheaper way to post a package.
Something has happened and the staff is different, happy and smiling and offering help and a friendly grreeting. Much more pleasant than it used to be. Well done.

I have been on a few different occasions to this post office. The staff there are friendly and are happy to serve you. They sell everything from stamps, gifts, postage bits and pieces and much more.

If I ever need to interact with someone at a post office, I try to make sure it's at the Mooroolbark Post Office as their service is exceptional...very polite and efficient. There's rarely much of a wait in line, as opposed to the Chirnside Park Post Office, where the line snakes throughout the store and sometimes even outside the store, and their staff is often rude and their service abysmal in comparison.

Excellent staff who are friendly and efficient, ready to help in any way. It is a pleasure to attend and see a smiling face. With the variety of services offered nowadays the staff is well trained to meet all situations
